I would have never believed it. When you first started showing me homes, I didn't really believe you when you said that prices would be going up--I thought that they were pretty high already. I couldn't really imagine that I would ever be able to afford a home of my own or that prices would go up like they have.
I also thought you were just being a typical salesperson when you told me to get into the real estate market any way I could. When you told me that I might lose out by holding out for the perfect home, I did not believe you. Now, I am really glad I listened to you and that I got into my new home when I did. If I had waited and bought my place now, I would be payingmore than $75,000 over the September 2004 home price.
